My Chicken Basil Balls are nutritious and good for a snack any time of the day. Kids also love them!
- 500g Free Range chicken breast mince
- 1 Grated Zucchini, squeezed of liquid
- 2 Tablespoons ground flaxmeal
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped basil
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and roll into balls.
Heat % of oil and cook balls in batches until browned on all sides.
